Join us on these 38 hours of Silence on the Easter weekend, finishing just in time to celebrate Easter Sunday with your loved ones.
Throughout history this was a time of contemplation and giving thanks; both valuable and essential qualities to bring into this unpredictable time…
Starting on the evening of good Friday to the morning of Easter Sunday we invite you to use some of this time of lockdown to become still within yourself by becoming still without.
We have found that it is tempting to distract ourselves in these days of sensing the unknown and the uncomfortable, filling the hours mindlessly without stopping to really turn towards ourself and being present to the reality of what is here NOW.
Within us, within this very moment.
The invitation is to be in silence for these 1,5 days, away from our devices, offline, apart from the 1 hour each day in which we will meet collectively for a silent sitting and an opening sharing on Friday and closing sharing on Sunday…
It is a momentous time that could be of great value to humanity. We believe that slowing down and going in can greatly contribute to a deeply needed shift in consciousness, as well as developing a supportive ground of inner holding as we face these challenges.

Feel free to drop in on Friday evening if you can´t decide if this is for you or not. We will share some experience around Meditation and sitting in silence and we will do out best to answer any related questions you might have.

PS: Of course we encourage you to start today, with short practices that help you come back to the moment, that help you to be present to yourself, and there is a power and support in coming together collectively and committing concentrated time to awareness and reflection.
