What it is

In these workshops we will use a combination of artistic and meditative practices to connect to the present moment and ourselves. We will develop tools to explore feeling-based and irrational content and expression without categorizing or analyzing the results with the rational mind. We will learn how to build a deeper relationship to our breath, our senses and our intuition.
Through these sessions we aim to let go of high expectations of ourselves and the idea of a goal in general, immersing ourselves in the present moment and the process instead. Setting yourself free of the concern for applications and enjoying creative expression just for the sake of itself can be an incredibly liberating experience.
Art is an ideal medium and method to help develop and strengthen our connection to the mystical and unknowable, familiarizing us with the non-logical realms of the human experience.
