FROM PROTECTION TO CONNECTION

Being in connection means being vulnerable. Unfortunately, we have adapted a myriad of defensive strategies around all the places that have felt hurt and rejected in the past, that now prevent us from experiencing deep connection, both to ourselves and others. We will delicately peel off the layers of protection that keep us isolated and feeling alone.

Week 1: Introduction into the relationship with True Vulnerability as innate wisdom and the understanding of one’s limiting and conditioned beliefs, habits and patterns related to this quality.

Week 2: Working with defences and compensation mechanisms and the suffering that comes with False Vulnerability, as a result of the loss of true self. Experiencing the blockages as a doorway to reconnect to the essential quality of vulnerability and compassion.

Week 3: Embodying True Compassion and finding the individual expression of this quality in each of us. Integrating and honouring this flavour in our being by becoming present to it.

Meet the facilitators

The commitment cycle will be facilitated by a team of experienced and embodied facilitators who all have individual expertises and backgrounds.
Next to facilitating, they will all be participating as students in the full program and in the community center as well. We are all in this together.
