Wisdom cycle

From reaction to response

In this cycle we will look at our capacity to have a a ground to stand on in the face of challenges. We will face what keeps us from persevering when it gets hard and invite in that which helps us in not giving up, without moving from a place of effort, but from a grounded and aligned place of being.  

Week 1: Introduction into the relationship with True Commitment as innate wisdom and the understanding of one’s limiting and conditioned beliefs, habits and patterns related to this quality.

Week 2: Working with defences and compensation mechanisms and the suffering that comes with False Commitment, as a result of the loss of true self. Experiencing the blockages as a doorway to reconnect to this quality within yourself.

Week 3: Embodying Relaxed Confidence and finding the individual expression of this particular aspect in each of us. Integrating and honouring this flavour in our being by becoming present to it.

Themes around Commitment that we will work with: Fear and anxiety, stress, insecurity and incompetence, taking responsibility, lack of support, inner grounding, castration hole, relaxation, confidence, trust, reactivity, bravery, perseverance, persistence, slowing down, boredom, projection, nervousness, vigilance, mistrust, authority issues, relationship to the father, truthfulness, cowardice, clarity, focus ….

Meet the facilitators

The commitment cycle will be facilitated by a team of experienced and dedicated facilitators who all have individual expertise and backgrounds. Next to facilitating, they will all be participating as students in the full program and in the community center as well. We are all in this together.
