Holding the FIeld: Module 2

Holding the field while slowing down and deep listening

What it is

This training is for people who work with people.

For therapists, facilitators, teachers, space holders, and practitioners who feel the responsibility of holding others, and who know that how we hold matters as much as what we do. It is for those who sense that true healing does not come from fixing, performing, or pushing toward outcomes, but from presence, attunement, safety, and trust in the field. This training exists because I believe that facilitators and therapists can truly make a difference in the world, when they are embodied, humble, trauma-informed, and connected to something bigger than themselves. And it exists because I personally need (and want to offer) spaces where people feel fully safe, deeply respected, and genuinely held.

Holding the Field is a professional training in family constellations and trauma-informed systemic
work, rooted in:

  • embodiment and nervous system regulation

  • trust in the intelligence of the field

  • respect for the human experience and its history

  • deep listening - beyond the mind

  • slowness, consent, and ethical responsibility

This is not a performance-based or goal-oriented approach. It is an invitation to step out of the ego, soften control, and allow systemic movements to unfold safely, with clarity, grounding, and care.

This training is for:

  • therapists and counselors

  • facilitators and space holders

  • bodyworkers and somatic practitioners

  • coaches working relationally

  • teachers and educators (school, high school, or higher education)

  • practitioners who already work, or are preparing to work, with people

You don’t need to “know everything”. You do need to be doing your own work, willing to go slow, and able to take responsibility for yourself within a group process.

What you can expect

This is a two-module training of 4 days each (8 days total).

Module 2 - Trauma-Informed Systemic Work

Module 2 deepens into nervous system regulation and trauma awareness within systemic and constellation work.

We will explore:

  • trauma through a nervous system lens

  • safety, titration, and pacing in constellations

  • working with dissociation and overwhelm

  • recognizing trauma responses in the field

  • holding constellations ethically with trauma present

  • staying grounded, slow, and resourced as a facilitator

This module is about how to hold, not how to push.

About staying present without rescuing, fixing, or abandoning.

Daily rhythm

Each day follows a simple, embodied structure:

  • morning theory and orientation

  • extensive experiential work and constellations

  • time to slow down, observe, and integrate

  • space for questions and reflection

  • evening ritual, meditation, or embodied integration practice

The pace is intentionally slow and spacious, allowing learning to settle in the body.

What you will gain

After completing this training, participants typically report:

  • greater capacity to create safe and grounded containers

  • increased trust in themselves and in the field

  • deeper understanding of systemic dynamics and entanglements

  • ability to recognize trauma responses somatically

  • more confidence in holding constellations with sensitivity and care

  • less pressure to perform, more presence

This training does not aim to make you “better”.It supports you in becoming more available, attuned, and trustworthy in your work.

Application & selection

Participation is through application only. This is not about exclusion, it is about alignment, safety and the integrity of the group field.

In some cases, a short personal conversation may be requested before confirmation.
